  1. After receiving a LTC transaction, the balance I had and the LTC I received were instantly transferred somewhere else and left me with exactly ZERO balance. It happened while I was on the phone. My desktop app hadn’t been used for weeks and I had made transactions recently with no issues. I also don’t install random software on my pc/phone.

Support has not replied and my money is just gone.

Update : Support replied with a non-answer pointless response and did not even take notice of my writings and the actual situation. AVOID.

Simply avoid using Exodus is my advice.

  2. Now a days it’s really nice that your customer service is so responsive. I can tell you how comforting that is.

    Thank you

  3. One day I opened my wallet and had to sync to the blockchain after some time not using it. After syncing all my XMR just disappeared, zero. Nothing. Resetting wallet height did not help as suggested by exodus support in the begging. Only after more emails they suggested a different way, downgrading it to older version and larger protion of my balance is now back. So they DO HELP, support is there. But I do not know about reliability of their software because this is often in exodus, some issues after updating can cause You a lot of stress.

  4. Nice website. The email support I received about 2 or 3 years ago was fast and helpful. My only complaint is after I update my software its only a few days before, again, it prods me to update. If I dont, my display reverts to “do you want to update?”. I would like the screen to NOT flip off my holdings screen all the time. Maybe monthly or quarterly. Otherwise I am happy with you.

  5. I really appreciate the reliability, the easy to understand, the attractive layout, Exodus is very much an essential part of my crypto management – I genuinely recommend this to everyone having online dealings with crypto.
Exodus is the best of the best!

  6. It just makes the whole crypto experience more straightforward – less daunting. Easy to use. Good interface. It would get the 5th star if it could make the web 3 a little clearer!!

  7. I have been an Exodus DESKTOP user for many years now, and really love the desktop wallet, so I decided to give the Web 3 wallet a try-out. (And let me add that I consider myself relatively experienced in the crypto world. I have been trading crypto on exchanges since 2013.)
I find the Web 3 wallet to be counter-intuitive. It feels muddled and confusing. I clicked through all the buttons and couldn’t figure out if it’s a proper Web 3 wallet or the extension version of the desktop. It seems like a hybrid that is neither Web 3 nor regular Web 2 wallet.
For instance – I could not find where the option was to choose the blockchain on which I wanted to transact, or even where I could see which chain I was on.
I am all for the simplification of Web 3 UIs, which are still very tech-geeky at the moment, but the Exodus Web 3 wallet, while it looks simple and easy, has a confusing architecture and seems to be missing some crucial Web 3 functions.
Anyway, that’s what it felt like to me. So I disabled it and went back to using Metamask.

  8. There is no 3rd party verification such as a text message, email or Google authentication. My password was stolen and they took about $ 70 k
